Prior to her tenure at Nonprofit Network, Tracey accumulated diverse experience in corporate office support, computer support, and management roles within Information Technology and Customer Service. Her impressive career includes notable stints at prominent companies such as IBM, HP, Dell, and Citi Mortgage in Ann Arbor, MI, where she honed her skills and expertise.

Possessing certifications such as A+ and other technical credentials, Tracey found her greatest satisfaction in providing personalized assistance to others during her time in support roles. This passion for helping people inspired her transition into the nonprofit sector, where she now finds fulfillment in directly impacting Michigan communities — like Jackson, a place she has proudly called home since 1999.

Since joining Nonprofit Network in 2019, Tracey has demonstrated remarkable expertise in targeted marketing, significantly expanding the organization’s reach across Michigan and even venturing into other states. Her recent move into the Program Manager role marks an exciting new chapter in her journey to drive the organization’s growth and ensure its promising future.
