NONPROFIT NETWORK CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Nonprofit Network is committed to delivering high quality, professional development opportunities. This refund and cancellation policy accommodates the minimum time required to build, market, prepare and plan for events - including the cost of materials, content development, hardware and software, food and refreshments, and room accommodations when applicable.

As a nonprofit, we keep the fees for programs as low as possible. Absorbing the entire cost of late cancellations and no-shows ultimately increases the price of Nonprofit Network’s programs.

Credit Policy

Our live events require a minimum registrant participation to be beneficial. A registrant who provides notice more than 48 hours before the start of a workshop and 1 week before an Academy or Campaign will automatically receive a credit to be used exclusively for a Nonprofit Network event, learning center product or on-demand resource. No cash refunds will be given.  

No credits will be issued with less than a 48-hour notice. 

Our Right to Cancel

Nonprofit Network reserves the right to cancel any event. If a cancellation occurs, registrants will receive a full, monetary refund or can choose to keep a credit on file with us. *Re-scheduling the event will always be considered.
Any balance due should be paid prior to the start of the session(s).


We always want to be beneficial and serve you in the best manner.
Our "no-cost" events are sponsored by our partners consisting of organizations and foundations we work with closely. 
*Please note, no-shows and low attendance affects the ability of us gaining future sponsorship for these integral opportunities. It can cause event cancellations and also prevents anyone on our waiting lists from being able to attend the event.
