What Is Peer Coaching?Leading in the nonprofit sector can be both deeply meaningful and uniquely challenging. Nonprofit leaders and managers are constantly navigating competing priorities—staff, boards, donors, and communities—while staying true to mission. Strong leaders don’t do this work alone. They listen, reflect, ask powerful questions, and keep growing. That’s why Nonprofit Network created Peer Coaching Groups—a structured, confidential space where nonprofit professionals learn from one another while tackling the real issues that matter most right now. Each group (6–8 participants) meets online for seven sessions. Guided by a trained facilitator, members bring real-time leadership challenges to the table. Through powerful questions and shared reflection, peers help one another spark new ideas, perspectives, and solutions.
