Our Board Members

 

Kristina Fisk, CHAIR

Kristina Fisk pictureKristina joined the board in 2014.  She serves as Nonprofit Network's Board Chair.  She is the co-founder of the Law Firm Inosencio & Fisk.  Kristina is a proud Jackson County resident and is also active in the greater Jackson community, where she is involved in the Jackson Junior Welfare League and the Jackson Commercial Contractors Association.

 

  


 Glen Ashlock, VICE CHAIR

Glen joined the board in 2014.  He serves as Board Vice Chair and Chair of the Governance Committee.  He is the Contract and Assistive Technology Manager at the Region 2 Area Agency on Aging and has worked in the disability field for over 30 years.

  

 


Tony Curtis, TREASURER 

Tony joined the board in 2019.  He serves as Board Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee.  Tony retired from The Cardinal Group as the CFO.  Prior to that he a Rehmann Principal, and served Rehmann for 20 years.  Tony also serves as on the Board of Directors as the Treasurer of Compassionate Ministries and serves on the Finance Committee of Lily Missions. 

  

 


 Chelsea Poole, SECRETARY 

Chelsea joined the board in 2017.  She serves as Board Secretary, is Chair of the Policy Committee, and is a member of the Finance Committee.  Chelsea also serves on the Jackson Area Transportation Authority (JATA) Board of Directors and the Advocacy/Public Relations and Finance Committees of the Center for Family Health.  In addition, Chelsea was recently added to the Neighborhood Association of Michigan’s Board of Directors. 


Kevin Brown  

Kevin joined the board in 2020.  He serves as the Chief Diversity Officer and Director of Intercultural Relations at Spring Arbor University.  Kevin has over 30 years of experience in secondary and higher education, as well as community leadership.  He has held positions in both college admission and diversity leadership for several highly selective liberal arts colleges and universities.  He has experience working in private and public education, the corporate arena, as well as in the non-profit sector.  

 

 

    


Kimberley Bishop 

Kimberly Bishop pictureKimberley joined in the board in 2017.  She serves as Chair of the Strategic Oversight Committee.  She is the Associate State Director for Community Outreach with AARP Michigan, manages community engagement, education, and advocacy initiatives in Jackson and Flint.  Prior to joining AARP, she worked for the State of Michigan for over 20 years primarily in communications and outreach. 

 

   


Carrie Glick

Carrie joined the board in 2015.  She serves on Nonprofit Network's Governance Committee.  She is an Emeritus Trustee of Jackson Community Foundation and currently serves as the Vice Chair on the College and Career Access Center Board and as a Board Member of the Henry Ford Allegiance Health Foundation.  She is a former Napoleon Community Schools teacher.

  


Jessica Houston

Jessica joined the board in 2019.  She serves on the Policy Committee.  She is a professor at Jackson College.  She is also the Board Secretary for Jackson Young Professionals and is a member of the ZSC, a national sisterhood that aspires to create lifelong friendships with women of diverse heritages.  

 


Anthony Parker, Immediate PAST CHAIR

Anthony Parker pictureAnthony joined the board in 2014.  He serves as Nonprofit Network's Board Chair.  He serves on Nonprofit Network's Finance Committee.  He is the Area Manager of Public Affairs at Consumers Energy.  He also serves as Secretary/Treasurer of Henry Ford Allegiance Health Foundation board and serves on The Enterprise Group board of directors.

 

 


Miguel Rodriguez 

Miguel joined the board in 2021.  He has served as Capital Area Community Services, Inc.'s Executive Director since 2018.  He has spent all of his career serving nonprofits.  He has a Masters in Public Administration from Eastern Michigan University.  He serves on Nonprofit Network's Finance Committee.  

  


John Willis, III

John joined the board in 2022.  He is the Executive Director of Isiah’s Hub, a small grassroots nonprofit serving at-risk youth and also serves the small nonprofit, Makers Space.  He is a lifelong Jackson resident.  

 


Valerie Moskal

Valerie joined the Strategic Oversight Committee in 2021, and the Board in 2022.  She is the Chief Operating Officer at TRUE Community Credit Union.  Prior to joining TRUE, Valerie served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Jackson College.  She has served on the Jackson College Foundation Board, the Anchor Initiative and several Human Resources boards and associations.
