Peer Coaching Groups are designed to facilitate goal setting, coaching and action learning within a small group of peers. Each group member decides what real-world goals or issues they wish to address, and guided by a facilitator, their peers will coach primarily through asking open-ended empowering questions to expand the member’s thinking and options.

Participants commit to take action between meetings and report back on progress and lessons learned.  The group will follow a structured process ensuring members work on issues that matter most, get help the way they need it and apply what they have learned.

The Benefits - In addition to being coached, members develop core coaching skills:

• Through open-ended questions and limited advice, members learn techniques to tap their own knowledge and that of their peers;
• work on real challenges or goals – the things that matter most here and now;
• make new connections, receive feedback and gain new perspectives;
• commit to take action, so they learn by doing and following through.

*How This Works
Peer Coaching groups will be customized and to ensure personal attention, groups will be limited to 8 participants with a minimum of 6 so the start date will vary until we have a minimum number of comparable peers.  We are taking interest forms now for Fall 2024. 

Groups will then form as we identify participants to create a cohesive group.

After informal phone interviews with each of you and a group is established coaching sessions will meet monthly and will last 2 - 2.5 hours. Groups will meet for 7 online sessions (1 meet and greet + 6 coaching sessions) over 6-8 months with each group facilitated by a Trained Cognitive Coach.  

Participation cost: $725 for NN members and $850 for non-members
